Refund & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible service and experience for our customers, we’ve devised a flexible cancellation and refund policy.
Each project is planned by breaking it down into milestones.
Each project begins with thorough discovery/analysis and the development of a scope of work document. This is done to ensure that both parties understand the scope of work and so eliminate the possibility of project cancellations, reversals, or conflicts.
Due to the time required to meet each milestone and complete each module, no refunds will be issued for work already accomplished.
If a project is mutually cancelled, the customer retains possession of all completed work and any payments made for further development become null and invalid. There will be no refunds for past payments or deposits.
After the client approves mock-up designs and we begin the development phase of the project, no payment will be reimbursed.
There are no partial refunds available for projects that are in the middle of a milestone phase.
No cancellations will be accepted for services provided by our marketing team on special occasions. These are time-limited offers that cannot be refunded.
Although digital marketing packages are non-refundable, the client may cancel with a 30-day written notice.
We do not reimburse deposits or payments for projects that have been abandoned or have been dormant for longer than 30 days.
